You can hire me to cater for an upcoming holiday, both in the UK and abroad, or as an in-house private chef for one off events such as small intimate weddings, private dinner parties or small corporate dinners. I am able to cater for most allergies and dietary requirements as I am unable to eat gluten, dairy and wheat. My intolerances mean I'm used to modifying dishes to make them suitable without compromising on flavour.

I can create and design bespoke menus featuring canapés, bowl food or meals served family style. See my sample menus for a few delicious examples!

Let me take away the stress of catering and allow me handle everything from menu planning and food shopping to the final plate being washed and put away.
