ABOUT CHEF PIPPA
Good food, conversations around mealtimes and helping in the kitchen are my happiest childhood memories. I’ve always loved cooking and sharing the enjoyment of something tasty with friends and family but it was only in 2017 that I began pursuing a career as a chef. Previously I‘d been a fashion designer living in San Francisco and Hong Kong. On a return trip home visiting friends and family in Surrey and Scotland, I realised, that although I enjoyed my design career it was cooking and channelling my creativity to transform a meal into an occasion that really excited me.
I returned to Surrey and after intensive culinary training at Tante Marie I joined the 5* kitchens of the Holborn Dining Room, Rosewood London and later Honey & Co. This was huge learning curve but also incredibly fun. During the pandemic lockdowns restaurants across the world closed so I decided to keep myself busy at home recipe testing my own creations. I really found my groove and I just couldn’t stop cooking and creating!

My neighbours were delighted when I offered to provide restaurant quality dishes to their doorsteps. My weekly Pie Nights and Sunday Roasts were a huge success and I realised that private cheffing was my vocation as it gave me the opportunity to offer top quality, seasonal, local produce directly into peoples homes. I loved the joy everyone expressed when I arrived with something delicious. Spurred on by people’s enthusiasm for my food and my family encouragement, Chef Pippa emerged!

Now, I have my home in the Surrey Hills I travel across the UK and overseas, cooking for families and groups of friends. I feel so privileged to be welcomed in and relied upon to create meals that are delicious, joyful and enjoyed by all.

Empty plates, big smiles and happy memories are my culinary mission!
